Equality Meets Opportunity

       My collection of favorite things is a special place for you to go to find meaningful resources. Quality educational resources will make a difference in your life and in the lives of the people in your sphere of influence. Kids' resources are divided up into the categories of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Art. Children experiencing authentic learning opportunities is important to me. Real-life settings and scenarios teach children about the world around them. I also carefully chose children’s learning resources that proved developmentally appropriate in their practice and aligned with the common core state standards.  Along with these education priorities, I looked for resources that were full of colorful, intriguing characters, and settings that will capture a child’s imagination. Every child can have these enriching learning experiences that are the building blocks of a successful life.

       Adult pages are provided from two different perspectives. I recognized the unique and valuable roles of caretakers and professionals in children’s lives. Family and caregiver resources are found on their own page just for you. I collected meaningful relevant resources to inspire and encourage you as you build a meaningful home life with your children. Professionals, in the field of education, will find wonderful organizations committed to supporting their success as teachers. Especially helpful articles or publications from these organizations have been listed for your convenient access.  I think that once you are connected to these organizations you will find a wealth of resources for your professional use that goes far beyond my limited collection.
